Why Purchase a Therabar?
So why would you need one (or more) of these bars? Well the fact of the matter is they are very versatile. Therabars are handy for treating injuries in the elbow, forearm, wrist, hand and fingers. They are also grooved so they can help with massage and soft tissue work (hello rolling). They are also good for training if you are trying to improve arm strength, wrist strength, or grip strength.
