PT Not a Crossiftter: Day 10

Day 10

I noticed I am not doing a great job of documenting my water consumption, which is kind of crappy since thats pretty much all I drink when on Whole30. Black Coffee on ice, water, LA CROIX.

 

Meals:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: Pulled Pork with homemade teriyaki sauce, broccoli
Dinner: Chicken in Instantpot, air fryer string beans

 

Activity:
Couch to 5K App Week 2 Day 3

 

Mindfullness: Calm App Day 4 breathing

 

Summary: Saw some Kettle bells on sale at Marshall’s for $10 each (a 10# and 15#) still not sure if thats a great price, but they were the junky looking plastic one’s. Still holding off purchasing for now.
