PT Not a Crossfitter: Day 5

Day 5

Got up early today and ran…in the rain, because there was no choice.  I wish I knew more about fitness and health at an earlier stage in my life, as opposed to just sort of surviving and doing whatever. It is going to make this uphill battle a lot more difficult. But its all a process, right!?!

Meals:
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, compliant breakfast sausage
Lunch: Beef Brisket and carrots
Dinner: Beef brisket and carrots

Activity:
Couch to 5K App  Week 1 day 3

Mindfullness: Worked on deep breathing x5 min on edge of bed (Didn’t feel as helpful today. I think its App time…tomorrow is the day.

Summary: Cold and wet running was my only option to get my 3rd running day of the week in, so that was that. I did get a lot of work done on my dissertation and some reorganization done, as well as meal prep for the week while I am flying solo.
