PT Not a Crossfitter: Day 28

Day 28

 

It gets busy at work without a PTA. But onward and upward.

Meals:
Breakfast: 2 Hard boiled eggs, cantaloupe, black coffee over ice
Lunch: Beef Stew
Dinner: Baby Spinach and Tomato Frittata, Compliant Bacon, Raspberry LaCroix

Water intake: 40 oz (barely had time to drink today)

Activity: Couch to 5K app Week 5 day 1

Mindfullness: Calm App Day 2

Summary: I was up with the baby till 1am last night, so the 5am thing still didn’t happen. NO EXCUSES!
