PT Not A Crossfitter: Day 24

Day 24

My focus seems slightly better lately than usual.  I would attribute it to some of the meditation and mindfullness, but I think I am going to go back to the Calm App. This headspace one has an annoying voice.

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, black coffee over ice
Lunch: Beef Brisket, air fried carrots
Dinner: Chiken Breast, broccoli, Orange LaCroix

Water intake: 80 oz

Activity: Gold Therband Rows 3×20
Gold Therband Hi-rows 3×20
Gold Therband Supine scapular punches 3×20
Scapular pinches 3×20

Mindfullness: Headspace App Day 8

Summary: Still feeling crappy…time to up the vitamin C!!!
