MONDAY…MONDAY…MONDAY!!! Today was a rough one…work was busy, we have a skeleton crew running the front desk, ineffectively, and on top of that, I had a bunch of work to review for my dissertation. Had no time to make or even eat lunch, so we just kind of winged it.
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: 1 Maple Sea Salt RX bar
Dinner: Burger patty, sweet potato, brussels sprouts
Water intake: 80 oz
Activity: Couch to 5K app Week 4 Day 1 (This is the first time trying this app I have ever really made it past week 3)
Mindfullness: Headspace App Day 4
Summary: Well, it is official…it appears as though I have a lifting partner. A co-worker of mine is interested in getting back into a gym routine, so it will be good to have an accountability partner.
