PT Not a Crossfitter: Day 18

Day 18

Had to take my daughter to Yoga this morning.  I am thinking on doing DDP Yoga at some point (like off day workouts) so I can relate with her a little on the Yoga level. Had some friends visit from Dallas today to see the baby, and it was a nice battery recharger.  Good friends = good vibes!

Meals:
Breakfast: 2 deviled eggs with compliant mayo, Iced Black Coffee
Lunch: Smoked BBQ beef brisket no sauce
Dinner: Smoked BBQ beef brisket no sauce

Water intake: 80 oz

Activity: None

Mindfullness: Headspace App Day 2

Summary: I am not totally sure the BBQ was whole30 compliant, because I am not sure how exactly it was cooked, but we had guests and I did the best I could.
