PT Not a Crossfitter: Day 17

Day 17

FRIDAY! A much needed weekend upcoming. I can not get over this feeling of S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) being a real thing.  I am pretty sure I have T.A.D. (Team Affective Disorder).  My moods are greatly affected by how my teams do on any given day.

Breakfast: Banana, Iced Black Coffee
Lunch: Chicken Apple Sausage, Franks Red Hot Sauce
Dinner: Chicken, string beans, mashed sweet potatoesS

Water intake: 80 oz

Activity: None

Mindfullness: Headspace App Day 1 (10 min of meditation in peace and quiet British Dudes voice)

Summary: Kind of going stir crazy with my meals lately.  I need to do a better job cooking larger Instantpot meals and prepping for several days. I find it a little harder to stay motivated on who30 when your spouse is not doing it with you and you are kind of out on your own little isalnd. I am going to switch over to that other meditation app for the last 10 days of this month to try something different and see if I have a preference.
