PT Not a Crossfitter: Day 14

Day 14

Return to work post Spring Break. Felt a lot of energy despite having a ton of errands to run. Dropped a grand on the Buick to fix the power steering, so that was No Beuno! Looking forward to the end of this month as well as I have my last CEU course for this year March 31 – April 2 (Spinal Manipulation Therapy 2)

Meals:
Breakfast: 2 Hard Bolied Eggs, Iced Black Coffee
Lunch: Beef stew
Dinner: Chicken with homemade gravy, mashed potatoes, string beans

Water intake: 80 oz

Activity: Couch to 5K app Week 3 day 2

Mindfullness: Calm App Day 8

Summary: Have a bunch of visitors coming over the next few weeks of March, so it is going to be challenging to eat right and finish off this month strong. But I have come this far…why not finish it off. April (post CEU class) will be a good month for beer, birthdays, and annual planning for the rest of the years ongoings!
