PT Not a Crossfitter: Day 13

Day 13

Feeling really good, joints are almost feeling good enough to try some box jumps.

Meals:
Breakfast: Banana, Iced Black Coffee
Lunch: Shrimp, Squash and Cauliflower Chowder
Dinner: Chicken with homemade teriyaki sauce, mashed potatoes

Water intake: 80 oz

Activity: Couch to 5K app Week 3 day 1

Mindfullness: Calm App Day 7

Summary: Starting to think I can do this Crossfit thing. Gaining self confidence.  Ready for a mid way weigh in.
