Condiment King: Whole30 Compliant Spicy Aioli Sauce

By now, if you have been reading my blogs, and if you know anything about me, you know I love condiments. The title of today’s blog Condiment King: Whole30 Compliant Spicy Aioli Sauce should give you the final hint that I love sauces, dips, and condiments. I also enjoy just about anything spicy. So I had been waiting to make this sauce for quite some time because I was not really sure what I was going to use it with.

Pairs Well With…

So what did I end up using this Spicy Aioli Sauce with you ask? Air fried broccoli spears and it was delicious! I put a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika on the broccoli and put it in the air fryer for 30 mins and it was perfect for dipping. Here is the recipe:


  • 1 cup homemade Whole30 compliant mayonnaise (see previous blog post)
  • 1 teaspoon dried chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients until fully combined (I like to use the emulsion blender for a goo dmix)
  2. For best results, let chill for at least 30 minutes before using


Yes condiments are delicious, no you can not convince me otherwise. Although they may take a little more time to make (especially to make them Whole30 compliant), instead of just buying a bottle of your favorite sauce, the piece of mind in knowing what ingredients went into the sauces is worth it. Plus the results speak for themselves. The weight loss, the lack of inflammatory responses, and the general good, healthy feelings are all well worth making good dietary choices.
